Smoothie Bowls (3 Ways)

INGREDIENTS

Mango Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen mango
2 frozen bananas
Half an avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
500ml almond milk
Toppings: granola, dried coconut, fresh strawberries, banana slices, coconut flakes

Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana
1 frozen pitaya
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp of lemon juice
500ml almond milk
Toppings: Pitaya balls, dried strawberries, freeze-dried yogurt cubes, almonds, and raisins

Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

1 frozen banana
2 cups spinach
2 Kiwis
1 tbsp lemon juice
500ml almond milk
Toppings: Kiwi slices, cranberry raisin, chia seeds, granola, sunflower seeds

Instruction:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients starting with liquids in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
