Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

30ml espresso or strong coffee

250ml milk

2 Tbsp pumpkin purée

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice

Coconut whipped cream, for topping

Cinnamon, for topping

Instruction:

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until steaming and frothy.
  2. Add espresso, hot milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice into Redmond's blender.
  3. Blend for 1 cycle. Top with coconut whipped cream and cinnamon.
