PUMPKIN CRANBERRY CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

80g pumpkin

105g milk

3 egg yolks

5g milk powder

80g rice flour

10g cranberry crumble

INSTRUCTION:

1. Put 80g pumpkin into pieces and steam them in a pot

2. Put the steamed pumpkin pieces, 105g milk, 3 egg yolks, 5g milk powder, and 80g rice flour into a blender and blend into a fine paste

3. Pour out the pumpkin paste, add 10g cranberries and mix well

4. Prepare a suitable small glass bowl, brush the bowl with oil, and cover with a piece of greased paper

5. Then pour the pumpkin paste into the bowl, put it into the pot and steam it for 20 minutes

6. After taking it out, put it upside down on the cutting board and cut it into small pieces, and garnish with mint leaves
