Potatoes Wrapped Cheese in Bacon Appetizers

INGREDIENTS

Some potatoes

Milk 2 tbs

A pinch of salt

Some pepper

Some mozzarella cheese

Some ketchup

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces and steam them in a steamer

  2. Put 2 tbs. milk, a pinch of salt and pepper into the steamed potatoes, and mash them

  3. Place the mashed potatoes in your hands and flatten them, put mozzarella cheese in the middle, and roll the mashed potatoes into an oval ball

  4. Warp the potato balls with bacon and put them on the baking tray

  5. 420°F for 20 mins

  6. Serve with ketchup
