2 tbsp of corn starch
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tbsp of water
1.Add 1 egg, 2 tbsp of corn starch into a bowl with potato slice and toss them well.
2.Put the glass noodle into the heated oil.Fry until fluffy and mash.
3.Put the potatoes into the heated oil, fry until they are golden brown.
4.Add 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 tbsp of water into the non-stick pan and cook at low heat.Then put the fried potato slice into the pan when the sugar turn golden brown.
5.Stir-fry until the sugar forms into smooth caramel.
6.Return the potatoes into the glass noodle and coat the potatoes slice with mashed glass noodle.
