No-Bake Pan-fried Cheese Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Toast slices

2 eggs

7g butter

Pizza sauce

Grated mozzarella cheese

Corn kernel

Bacon

1 Chicken thigh

1 Red bell pepper

1 Green bell pepper

1 Pineapple

Black pepper

Dried Parsley

Instruction:

  1. Dice the toast slices and put them into a large bowl.
  2. Crack 2 eggs into another bowl and whisk with a hand mixer.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the diced toast.
  4. Melt the butter at medium heat in the frying pan.
  5. Add the diced toast into the pan in order.
  6. Turn off the heat and spread the pizza sauce on the diced toast evenly.
  7. Then add grated mozzarella cheese, shredded onions, corn kernel, cooked chicken thigh, shredded bell peppers, and diced pineapples.
  8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese again.
  9. Cover the lid and cook at low heat until the cheese melts.
  10. Dust with dried Parsley and black pepper and remove the pizza immediately.
  11. Slice into pieces and serve!
