Milk jelly cake with shredded coconut

INGREDIENTS

Pure milk 250ml

Greek yogurt 230ml

Sugar 35g

Corn starch60g

Some shredded coconut

Some strawberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour 250ml Milk , 230ml Greek yogurt ,35g Sugar , 60g Corn starch into the sauce pan

  2. Heat and stir on low heat until thick

  3. Pour half of the batter into the pan with shredded coconut

  4. Put a layer of strawberries

  5. Pour all the left batter and spread it out

  6. Chill for 3 hours

  7. Cut into square pieces after refrigerating

  8. Finally, sprinkle a layer of shredded coconut
