Mango Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Milk 500ml

Sugar 30g

Gelatine powder 15g

Some diced mango

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour 500ml Milk ,30g Sugar into a sauce pan

  2. Stir well until it comes to a boil

  3. Add 15 grams of gelatine powder

  4. Stir until the gelatine have melted

  5. Pour the diced mango in and mix well

  6. Pour into the movable bottom mould

  7. Chill for 3 hours

  8. Demould after solidification
