Mango Pudding
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

Pour 500ml Milk ,30g Sugar into a sauce pan

Stir well until it comes to a boil
-
Add 15 grams of gelatine powder
-
Stir until the gelatine have melted
-
Pour the diced mango in and mix well
-
Pour into the movable bottom mould
-
Chill for 3 hours
-
Demould after solidification
