Easy pineapple pie

Ingredients:

15g butter

40g sugar

800g pineapple chunks

tart shell

80g starch

400g water

1 egg

Instruction:

1.Prepare a little sauce pan, melt 15g of butter in it with gentle fire

2.Add some pineapple cubes and cook them

3.Add 40g of sugar

4.Pour some starch water (starch:water 1:5)

5.Cook them to puree at low heat

6.Spoon it into softened tart shell

7.Fold the tart shells and seal them

8.Use knife to make some cuts on the surface

9.Brush some eggs

10.Put them in the oven, 375℉, 15 mins
