Homemade healthy cranberry jam
INGREDIENTS
1 bag (2 lbs.) cranberries
2 c. cranberry juice (or orange, apple or any other juice combination)
600g sugar (2 c. pure maple syrup)
6 tbsp. orange juice (you could also do orange zest, lemon zest, lemon juice—anything citrus)
DIRECTIONS

Wash 2lbs of cranberries under cool water, then dump into a big saucepan, then pour 2 cups of cranberry juice

Pour in 2 cup of sugar or maple syrup or any sweet .Then add 6 tbsp. Orange juice

Once it comes to a rolling boil, turn the heat down to medium low and continue cooking over lower heat for about 10 minutes, or until the juice is thick.
