Crispy Punmpkin Pastry

Ingredients:

400g pumpkin

40g sugar

200g glutinous rice flour

sesame

Instruction:

1.Steam the pumpkin(400g)

2.Remove the steamed pumpkin from the sauce pan

3.Add 40g of sugar and mash the pumpkin

4.Then add 200g glutinous rice flour and make a dough

5.Pinch of a bit of dough at a time and shape into small round balls

6.Sprinkle with sesame

7.Bake in the air fryer oven at 350°F for 12 minutes
