Baked milk custard

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs

Milk 500ml

Sugar 35g

Corn starch 50g

A slice of cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 2 Eggs ,500ml Milk ,35g Sugar , 50g Corn starch into the sauce pan and mix well

  2. Add a slice of cheese

  3. Heat and stir on low heat until thick

  4. Pour into the tray and chill for 3 hours

  5. Cut into small pieces

  6. Brush with a layer of bitten egg then 380°F for 20mins
