Avocado Sandwich with Shrimps

INGREDIENTS

4 egg

Toast Slices

3 avocados

1 lemon

Shrimps

Cheese slices

Tomato sauce

Lettuce

Salad dressing

Method:

  1. Crack 4 eggs into a large bowl and mix them well.
  2. Cut one slice of bread in half.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork. Then squeeze some lemon juice into the mashed avocado.
  4. In a medium pan, heat oil. Add shrimps to the pan and remove the shrimps when they are well-cooked.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and add the toast slices.
  6. Flip the toast when the eggs are well cooked.
  7. Place some cheese slices, lettuce, then add the tomato sauce and salad dressing.
  8. Carefully fold the toast with eggs in half with a spatula.
  9. Top with the mashed avocado and cooked shrimp. Add dressing and tomato sauce again.
